This piece is about artist Shri. Chandrakant Channe’s project “Black, Bull etc” which is a visual transformation of Shri Loknath Yashwant’s poem, Bail. The bull has been the inspiring object, as maximum time of the artist’s childhood life has been spent with bulls in his village.

The artist has adopted a muted and uncomplicated conceptual idiom, developed with textural application of black ink, inspired by the phase four moon light, spiritual and pure, penetrating through the paper.

In his 48 years long journey in the field of fine arts, he wanted to see the whole act of seeing or looking at a work of art as almost like you are standing before the most innocent act of the universe.
